  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 4 to 5 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s Red Hot)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour)
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl.
  3. Create the sauce mixture by mixing butter, olive oil, and hot sauce in another bowl.
  4. Combine the sauce with the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
  5. Prepare the dry mixture by whisking flour, parsley, garlic powder, and seasoning salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Coat the cauliflower with the dry mixture, mixing until evenly covered.
  7. Air fry half the cauliflower in the basket for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of all-purpose flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
