Delightful shrimp marinated in garlic and parmesan, cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: In a large bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until they are fully coated in that delightful mixture.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to a sizzling 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the shrimp: Lay the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry to perfection: Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Garnish and serve: Once out of the air fryer, garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Make-ahead: Marinate shrimp a few hours earlier for deeper flavor. You can roast these in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer.
