Ingredients
Scale
4 slices white bread
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on two slices of white bread. Top each with the chicken Alfredo mixture, then layer with the remaining provolone. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
Butter the outer sides of each sandwich. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until both sides are golden brown and cheese is fully melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding herbs such as basil or parsley to the chicken mixture.
Feel free to use different types of cheese based on your preference.
