1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced apples

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form a crust.
