- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Using a mixer, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs, apple cider, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
