- 1 package (36 cookies) Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 bag red candy melts
- 24 mini pretzel sticks (broken into small stems)
- Green M&M’s or green candy leaves
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until fully combined and dough-like.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, then shape each one slightly into an apple form (rounded top, slightly flattened base).
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until firm.
- Melt red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Add coconut oil if needed for a smoother texture.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy, coating evenly. Place back onto the parchment-lined tray.
- While still wet, insert a pretzel piece at the top for the apple stem and press a green M&M beside it to resemble a leaf.
- Let set completely at room temperature or chill until firm.
- Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
