1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (or your preferred flavor)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sour cream or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Carefully open the Doritos bag and select larger, unbroken chips. Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, make a small slit in the center of each chip to create a pocket for the filling.
Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off. Gently pipe the filling into each Dorito pocket.
Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a tray or plate in a single layer. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set the filling.
Serve chilled with optional sour cream or ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy immediately.
