Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are delicious, crispy bites packed with flavor and nutritious broccoli, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets, Steamed and finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 can Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes, then finely chop and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, broiling for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
