  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and generously sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side down.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Prepare the creamy avocado lime sauce by mashing the avocado until smooth and mixing in Greek yogurt, lime juice, and seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve the salmon topped with the creamy avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
