  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and season them with salt and pepper.
