Ingredients
Scale
450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
240 ml marinara sauce
120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
60 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
12 gluten-free slider buns
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, approximately 6–7 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board and slice into thin pieces.
Arrange the bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish. Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the buns. Layer with sliced chicken, followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Place the top halves of the slider buns over the layered ingredients.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and lightly golden.
Allow sliders to cool for several minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can include fresh basil in the layers.
These sliders can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
