1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square gently into the muffin cups to form a base.
Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup. Spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese, then sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish each bite with a small rosemary sprig before serving.
