A creamy and rich Baked Feta Pasta dish that’s perfect for a comforting meal in just one baking dish.

Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • 250g pasta (of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are bursting.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  6. Mash the feta and tomatoes together in the baking dish to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Combine the pasta with the sauce in the baking dish and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For best results, stir often during baking and taste before serving. Add red pepper flakes for a kick if desired.
