  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Banana Pudding Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with the milk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Melt the Marshmallows: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Stir the prepared banana pudding mixture into the melted marshmallows until fully combined.
  4. Add the Cereal: Remove the pot from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated. Fold in the crushed vanilla wafers for extra flavor and crunch.
  5. Assemble the Treats: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan and press the mixture evenly into the pan. (Tip: Use a greased spatula or wax paper to avoid sticking.) If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of the treats.
