Delicious and flavorful Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, perfect for any gathering. These skewers are coated in a creamy, spicy sauce that complements tender chicken pieces.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Brush with Bang Bang sauce halfway through grilling.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of sriracha to your preference. You can also use Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
