Comforting jumbo pasta shells filled with a savory mixture of ground beef and creamy ricotta, topped with marinara and melted mozzarella.

  • 12 Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix cooked beef with ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overcooking the pasta and let your filling cool slightly before stuffing to prevent burns.
