A quick and easy twist on taco night using crescent rolls for a flaky crust and topped with seasoned ground beef and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of a greased pizza pan, sealing any seams.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to the package directions.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and lettuce.
  9. Serve with sour cream on the side.

Notes

Make sure to seal the seams of the crescent dough well to prevent sogginess. Let the pizza rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
