- 1 oz blueberry vodka (or plain vodka + 1 tbsp blueberry syrup)
- 1 oz triple sec
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- Ice cubes
- Garnishes (optional): Fresh blueberries, Orange slice, Mint sprig
- Fill a shaker with ice and add blueberry vodka, triple sec, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball or hurricane glass filled with ice.
- Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass to create a beautiful “sunrise” effect.
- Top with fresh blueberries, an orange slice, and a sprig of mint.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy the fruity, vibrant glow!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the alcohol and increase the fruit juices.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less grenadine, according to your preference.
