A comforting and spicy Buffalo Chicken Casserole that combines creamy cheese, shredded chicken, and bold buffalo sauce for a delicious meal.

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. If you love the tangy bite of blue cheese, sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles generously on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
