A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for gatherings and game days.

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prep your baking dish by lightly greasing a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Blend the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, mozzarella, and green onions (if using) until well combined.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy topping, watching carefully.
  9. Garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap some cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity for desired spice level.
