Ingredients
Scale
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and lightly flour a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle and place it on the prepared surface. Brush with olive oil.
Prepare the toppings: In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce over the dough. Top with the buffalo chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion.
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
Finish and serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, garnish with parsley or green onions, and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing if desired. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños or use extra hot wing sauce.
