A delightful and fun twist on traditional burgers, served in a bowl with crispy fries and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen french fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup special sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and cook the frozen french fries according to package directions until golden and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While fries cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the beef for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until completely browned and cooked through.
  4. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce among 4 serving bowls, creating a bed for the other ingredients.
  5. Top each bowl with the cooked ground beef, crispy fries, shredded cheese, and pickle slices.
  6. Drizzle with special sauce and serve immediately while the fries are still crispy and the beef is hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding diced onions to the ground beef while cooking.
  • You can make your own special sauce by mixing mayo, ketchup, and pickle relish.
  • Sweet potato fries work great as a healthier alternative to regular fries.
  • Store leftover components separately and reheat beef and fries before serving.
