  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling it according to package instructions until it’s al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the sausage in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Mix in the honey mustard, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper, then let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring well to coat.
  5. Add the shredded white cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
