1 box strawberry cake mix for a 9×13-inch cake
1 egg
1 ½ cups whipped topping
¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, and whipped topping until smooth.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Form 1 to 1 ½ inch balls of dough.
Roll each ball of dough in powdered sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. They may appear slightly soft in the middle, but be sure not to overbake them.
Notes
For best results, let the dough chill for the full 30 minutes.
