  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and mix well.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
