A comforting one-pan meal featuring crispy potatoes, savory smoked sausage, and creamy melted cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cubed potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to let the cheese melt beautifully.
