- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the Biscuit Dough: Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Combine Ingredients: Add biscuit pieces to the chicken mixture and toss gently.
- Add Cheese: Fold in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Assemble in the Pan: Grease a bundt pan and layer the mixture. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
- Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a platter and garnish with parsley.
