A delicious and comforting dish that combines the flavors of Chicken Alfredo with the fun of monkey bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the Biscuit Dough: Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add biscuit pieces to the chicken mixture and toss gently.
  5. Add Cheese: Fold in mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Assemble in the Pan: Grease a bundt pan and layer the mixture. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a platter and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken saves time and adds flavor.
  • For a homemade Alfredo sauce, use cream, butter, and parmesan cheese.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
