Ingredients
Scale
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
Lemon rounds for garnish
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing, store-bought or homemade
1 pound trimmed asparagus spears
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Dry the chicken and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until nicely crusted.
Remove the skillet from heat and coat the browned chicken with Caesar dressing.
Arrange the asparagus around the chicken, sprinkle with Parmesan, and add garlic powder over the veggies.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the asparagus is tender.
Remove from the oven, add lemon slices on top, slice, and serve immediately. Optionally, squeeze additional lemon juice over the dish for extra flavor.
Notes
Feel free to use homemade Caesar dressing for a fresher taste.
Adjust the amount of garlic powder and Parmesan according to your preference.
Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy.
