- 120 millilitres unsalted butter, melted
- 480 millilitres whole milk
- 875 to 1000 grams shredded rotisserie chicken, mixed white and dark meat
- 570 grams frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
- 322 grams Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix, including enclosed seasoning packet
- 480 millilitres chicken stock
- 298 grams canned cream of chicken soup
- 2.5 millilitres seasoned salt
- 2.5 millilitres garlic powder
- 1.25 millilitres black pepper
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Pour melted butter into a 33 x 23 centimetre baking dish and swirl to coat the entire base.
- Distribute the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the buttered base.
- Spread frozen mixed vegetables in an even layer over the chicken.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and whole milk until just combined.
- Pour the biscuit mixture gently over the vegetable layer, without mixing the layers.
- In the same bowl, combine chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Carefully pour the soup mixture over the biscuit layer, ensuring layers remain undisturbed.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until the crust is golden around the edges and liquids are bubbling.
- Allow to rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to permit the sauce to thicken prior to serving.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken stock instead of canned.
