A comforting and delicious Chicken Penne Pasta Bake that’s perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
