- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the chicken mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
