An indulgent cheesecake that combines creamy textures with rich chocolate chips and cookie dough, perfect for any celebration or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease your 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the base of the springform pan.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, incorporate sour cream.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and edible cookie dough with a spatula. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 55-65 minutes, until the center is nearly set but with a slight jiggle. Let cool in the oven for an hour with the door ajar.
  6. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and avoid overmixing. Try adding swirls of Nutella or caramel drizzle for a twist.
