2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart chocolate ice cream
1 cup M&M’s candies
1 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cookie dough in a greased cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
Once the cookie layer is cooled, place a layer of vanilla ice cream on top and smooth it out. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
Next, add a layer of chocolate ice cream and sprinkle half of the M&M’s and chocolate chips on top. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Use the remaining M&M’s and chocolate chips for garnish.
Freeze the entire cake for at least 2 hours before serving. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to let the cookie layer cool completely before adding the ice cream layers.
For extra flavor, consider using chocolate cookie dough instead of regular if desired.
