A delightful dessert featuring layers of chocolate chip cookie, vanilla and chocolate ice cream, topped with M&M’s, chocolate chips, and whipped cream.

  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup M&M’s candies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cookie dough in a greased cake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
  2. Once the cookie layer is cooled, place a layer of vanilla ice cream on top and smooth it out. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Next, add a layer of chocolate ice cream and sprinkle half of the M&M’s and chocolate chips on top. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  4. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Use the remaining M&M’s and chocolate chips for garnish.
  5. Freeze the entire cake for at least 2 hours before serving. Slice and enjoy!

  • Make sure to let the cookie layer cool completely before adding the ice cream layers.
  • For extra flavor, consider using chocolate cookie dough instead of regular if desired.
