Ingredients
Scale
2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
10 Oreo cookies
1 Cup milk
¼ Cup cream
1 egg
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add Oreos to a food processor and grind into a powder (or add to a Ziploc bag and bash with a rolling pin for the same result). Set aside 2 Tablespoons of it.
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and Oreos in a mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine milk, cream, egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Transfer pancake mix into a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or Ziploc with the corner removed.
Squeeze pancake mix onto your skillet in a zig zag or spiral pattern.
Cover with a stainless steel bowl and cook for 2 minutes.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook for 1 more minute.
Set aside pancake spaghetti in a bowl or on a plate and work in batches.
Garnish with Oreo crumbs and drizzle with maple syrup.
Notes
For the best result, use a non-stick skillet.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar depending on your preference.
This recipe is perfect for kids and can be a fun cooking activity.
