  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 7 oz Good quality white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 7 oz Dark chocolate (52% to 70% cocoa)
  • Pink chocolate or pink candy melts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries, powdered sugar, cream, white chocolate, and water in a saucepan. Heat gently until melted and smooth.
  2. Chill the ganache until firm, about 2 hours.
  3. Scoop and roll the ganache into balls.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and dip each truffle to coat.
  5. Decorate with pink chocolate if desired.
