2 cups quick oats (NOT old fashioned oats)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
Christmas Mini M&Ms
Instructions
Add the quick oats to a large mixing bowl.
Add the peanut butter and honey and stir until well combined. If time permits, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes so it will be easier to work with.
Portion out the dough into Tablespoon-sized balls.
Press the M&Ms into the balls, and roll again if needed so they are round in shape. Enjoy!
Notes
Chilling the dough makes it easier to form the balls.
You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
Add other mix-ins like chocolate chips or dried fruits for variety.
