Christmas Fluff is a delightful and festive dessert made with vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and a colorful mix of marshmallows and candied cherries, topped with crushed candy canes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup red glacé (candied) cherries, halved
  • 1/2 cup green glacé (candied) cherries, halved
  • 1 cup white chocolate almond bark, broken into small pieces
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/3 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened. (⏱️ 2 minutes)
  2. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until fully combined and fluffy. (⏱️ 1 minute)
  3. Stir in the mini marshmallows, red and green candied cherries, and white chocolate almond bark pieces until evenly distributed. (⏱️ 2 minutes)
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to thicken. (⏱️ 1 hour)
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top for a festive peppermint crunch. (⏱️ 1 minute)
