Ingredients

  • 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Dip each truffle in melted dark chocolate.
  6. Place back on the baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles.
  7. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes
