- 40 Saltine crackers
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring until it reaches a boil.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the melted chocolate.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy.
