2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing included
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup whole milk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Evenly distribute the pieces in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until fully blended. Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Scatter the small pieces of unsalted butter across the surface.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed, golden, and the top is bubbling.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls over the warm dessert before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top before baking.
