Ingredients
Scale
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries (chopped if large)
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray or butter.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly and smooth the top.
Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy your festive fudge!
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
Freshly squeezed orange juice enhances the taste.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
