  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, instant yeast, salt, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the warm water to the dry mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
  5. Remove the pot from the oven and pour the dough onto a floured surface. Shape it gently into a round loaf.
  6. Place the loaf into the hot Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
