Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, diced celery, and finely chopped red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
