- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf or an 8×8-inch cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture while alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
