A cozy and flavorful dish featuring creamy garlic butter sauce, juicy steak, and pepper jack cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the pepper jack cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and stir until well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best results. Don’t rush the simmering step to let the flavors meld.
