  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • Additional Salt and Pepper to adjust seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chops: begin by patting the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown the chops: heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops to the skillet, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
