A comforting dish combining creamy ranch dressing, tender steak, and gooey mozzarella for a delicious pasta experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or any preferred type)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye, sliced)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set it aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Stir in the ranch dressing and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything to combine.
  6. Fold in the mozzarella cheese until melted and gooey.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, let the garlic cook until fragrant but not browned. Use good quality steak, and watch the cheese as it thickens more as it cools.
