A delicious and comforting dish featuring creamy sauce, hearty ground beef, and zesty Rotel tomatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.

  • 8 oz pasta of choice (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced, with green chilies)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain the excess fat to avoid a greasy dish.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to let the spices bloom.
  4. Add the Rotel tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, lowering the heat to prevent splattering.
  5. Stir in pasta and enough water to cover it. Cook according to the package instructions until tender.
  6. Mix in the shredded cheese until melted and combined. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
