  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, salsa

Instructions

  1. Soak the shredded chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating by mixing the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
