Deliciously crispy baked chicken wings coated in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, adding the Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the garlic Parmesan sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before seasoning. Do not skip the baking powder!
