Instructions

  1. Combine diced ham, potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix gently until well-combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into your prepared slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  3. Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
